This is how a friend of mine from Butare put the news of the Rwandan earthquake to me.
I couldn't help but wonder, when I read these reports, where they're putting all the injured people. Then I heard the hospitals in Kigali filled up... and Kigali is pretty far from these epicenters. Makes you think a little harder about the kind of help places like Rwanda need with public health infrastructures.
