I've been in eastern Congo for the last 3 weeks, and the internet here is terrible. This is, in fact, the first day it would even deign to load my blog. So I'm on a bit of an unintended hiatus---with lots and lots and lots of stories from Goma to come! Stand by!

The internet in Goma is usually best very late at night -- ie 2 or 3 am. When the whole town isn't downloading porn.
