Rwanda, after all, is part of the East African community.  More nuanced descriptors might be &quot;Central Africa&quot;--though that&#039;s also problematic--or the &quot;Great Lakes region&quot; which pretty much gets it right.  Except, of course, for Sierra Leone, which is inarguably not any of the above.:)</description>
